Apply to become an Agency Owner through the Apply for Agency link available in home page. Submit your data on www.dsdwa.org and accept the Terms & Conditions. |

Submit consent from your company through an Email as a matter of Procedure. |

The application will be submitted to your company for scrutiny and cross check before accepting the same. |

Deposit an amount of minimum 100 Memberships, viz., `Rs.. 10000 in the Bank account of DSDWA. |

Collect the annual Membership of `100 from the member and handover a receipt either as print out or by email (if the Email ID is provided). |

With every registration the credit amount will be debited. After the credit limit is over, deposit more amount for as many membership credit as you feel is needed. |
